Job Description

Nature of the role:

Providing support and assistance to various departments in relation to our Spanish and Portuguese speaking clients, in addition to Operational tasks and reviews.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing support to Portuguese/Spanish/English speaking clients through emails, phone calls and live chats
  • Onboarding of clients
  • Translations of various documentation daily
  • Handling and resolve client complaints
  • Providing information to clients with regards to the firm’s services and products
  • Educating clients where applicable
  • Processing withdrawals for clients
  • Other ad-hoc support
  • General admin tasks 
  • Basic social media marketing tasks 
  • Operational cash, trade and position reconciliations
  • System checks and changes
  • Client liquidity management and review
  • Operational project delivery
  • Platform auditing
  • Providing data for regulators
  • Technical operations tasks and reviews
  •  

Qualifications

Essential

- 9 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths & English

- A Level or equivalent educated

Desirable

- Educated to Degree level

- Related to languages (Spanish/Portuguese) 

Skill / competencies

- Can speak fluent Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish & English
- Clear communicator
- Good organisational skills
- A methodical and accurate approach to work activities
- Can work to own initiative / problem solver

Knowledge

- Excel & other office based products
