Valutrades Seychelles separates all client funds and holds them in accounts segregated from any company money and operational funds.

Investor protection

If Valutrades UK became insolvent and was unable to satisfy repayment claims, eligible claimants have the right to compensation by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FCSC), up to  £85,000 per person. If one of the banks Valutrades UK uses to hold client money goes into liquidation, then eligible claimants may be compensated by the FSCS up to a limit of  £85,000 per person.

No equivalent protections exists in Seychelles. This means investors will not be compensated if Valutrades Seychelles or the banks in which Seychelles’ client monies are held fails.
